Living Area:
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, cooking pots, utensils and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.

Master Bedroom (Intercostal/Side ocean view):
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV.

Second Bedroom (Direct ocean view):
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and direct ocean view. This bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Plenty of closet space and own bathroom with shower.

Age limit to check-in is 21+ years old.

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES DEPENDING ON DURATION OF YOUR STAY:

1 – 7 days:
-Resort Fee is $35+tax/day
-Parking is $33+tax/day
-Security Deposit is $75 per night (Fully refundable)

8-29 days:
-Resort Fee is $22.50 + tax/day
-Parking is $15 + tax/day
-Security Deposit is $30 per night (Fully refundable)

30 days or more:
-Resort Fee is $15 + tax/day
-Parking is $280 + tax for a month
-Security Deposit is $20 per night (Fully refundable)

*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

Please note: Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.
