If you feel like taking a break in the finest restaurants Miami can offer, or cook your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen. We also provide toaster, tea pot, blender, all necessary pots and pans. Jumpstart your day with our Keruig coffee maker.

After a long day of sight-seeing or working, come relax in the living room and watch a movie. All 4 bedrooms has flat screen smart TVs and the living room have flat 75″ 4K screen TV’s as well.

There are four bedrooms, all have been using quality linens. The Master Bedroom, has a King size bed, with a bathroom en-suite. The second has a king size bed as well and assigned own bathroom. The 3rd bed room has queen size bed. 4th has two twin size beds.

Also we have 5 sofa couches that you can easily convert to full/queen size bed.
In this case you will have 10 separate beds!

There are 3 full bathrooms and all have stand-up showers.

High-speed Wifi, two central A/Cs, and a massive laundry with washer and dryer, all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!

A friendly reminder: Parties and events are not allowed, we have neighbors with kids.

– After booking guest will be asked:

1. Sign additional agreement and liability waiver.
2. Provide valid form of ID of primary guests and list of first/last names of all occupants.

– !! ONLY 2 CARS CAN BE PARKED AT THIS PROPERTY AT ANYTIME !!
(Vacation Rental County Ordinance, $2500 ticket for each violation).

– Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest chooses to smoke inside the house.

– The guest shall use the Villa for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
The house is equipped with noise detectors.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

– The Villa may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.

– All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. The amount of occupants in the Villa is constantly monitored by our exterior cameras.

– We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the Villa.
